WHAT IT IS
Here at Wallaroo Adventure Store, we want to make sure that you get the pack that fits right on you. That's why we have developed our Osprey Pack Fit Guarantee. If your pack isn't the right size, we will exchange it for the correct size. If we don't have the correct size in stock, we will give you a full refund!
HOW IT WORKS
If you are based in Melbourne, you can always visit us instore and an experienced team member will help you find the pack that fits right for you.
If you aren't based in Melbourne (and we know a lot of our customers come from all over Australia), you can use the guide below to help you order the right size. If you need someone to walk you through it, you can always contact us by email or give us a call!
Once you have worked out what you think is the correct size for you, you can order it from us and we will ship it to you straight away. If it turns out that it isn't the correct size and fit, you can ship it back to us and we will exchange it for the correct size. If we don't have stock of the size you need, we will give you a full refund.
Our normal returns policy only lasts for 30 days, we have extended this for our Osprey Pack Fit Guarantee to 90 days. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Due to this, we recommend trying on your pack indoors to make sure it doesn't get dirty.
You will need to pay to ship the item back to us, but we will cover the cost of shipping you the new pack. If we don't have the size you need in stock, we will give you a full refund including our original shipping costs, which normally aren't refunded!
We ship using cartons and reusable satchels. If you need to send your item back to us, you can reuse the packaging it came in. For how to reuse our satchels, please refer to the image below.
HOW TO CONTACT US
If you have ordered the wrong size and would like to arrange an exchange, please fill in the form at the bottom of this page.
Please include the following information:
1. Order number
2. Which pack you are looking to exchange (if you ordered multiple packs).
3. Whether you would like us to contact you via phone or email.
We will then contact you by your preferred method and let you know if we have the right size in stock. If we do, we will ask you to ship your pack back to us. Once we have received and inspected it, we will send you the new size (on us!).
If the size you need is unavailable, you can send the pack back to us and either wait for stock to become available or receive a refund. If you would like to wait for stock to come available, you get to keep your purchase price, essentially getting a discount! If you would prefer to receive a refund, we will refund you the full amount, including our original shipping costs.

SIZING OVERVIEW
Fit should not be compromised for any other considerations. Body shape and sizing varies from customer to customer. Not every customer will fit every pack. Adjustable packs allow customers to fine-tune the fit for optimal carry performance.

TORSO LENGTH/SIZING
Many Osprey packs are available in multiple sizes to fit a rnage of torso lengths. To determine your torso measurement, please see diagram below.
